While my wife was ill we kept our young boxer pup at the kennels for several weeks, and we could not have received more support from Rae. Rae, thank you so much for all your help with Albie. We were concerned that we needed to visit the vet on our way to dropping him off. Rae had no concern about giving our fur baby his antibiotics each day and also his kidney powder. We are confident that Rae treats all animals as if they were her own. We feel relaxed when we are away on holiday knowing Flash is happy. Mitch our Jack Russell is a regular and long time visitor of the Pukerau Boarding kennels and Cattery.
The Pukerau Kennels is his home away from home. He is always excited to be going to the warm, clean and friendly environment. Rae and the team are experienced animal lovers and treat each animal with individual and special attention. The controlled social interaction experienced at the Kennels is invaluable and has taught Mitch to be more socially acceptable among other dogs when he comes home. Our cat ZinZan was well catered for, in the warm and loving cattery, each having their own space to explore. We thoroughly recommend the Pukearau Boarding Kennels and Cattery for the home away from home for your canine and feline friends. Sheryll Wylie This was my first time using a boarding kennels and was extremely pleased with the care and facilities at Pukerau Kennels. My two dogs were greeted with calm understanding and were given a huge area to play together during the day which was very secure and clean. At night they had large warm and dry kennels next to each other inside a secure area. Rae & Marty referred to them as kids which made me feel they would be well looked after during their stay. I felt they would be safe and cared for while I visited my daughter to greet my first grandson. It was a special time and I had no worries about the safety of my dogs. When I picked them up from Pukerau Kennels they were happy and calm. They had been groomed and photographed. I knew they had been well cared for with lots of room to play together.
